HOW TO STUDY SMART NOT HARD?
EVERYONE WANTS TO STUDY LESS AND NOT HARD TOO. DO YOU KNOW THAT AN AVERAGE PERSON CAN'T STUDY MORE THAN 25-30 MINUTES. BUT HOW DO SMART STUDENTS STUDY FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS. IT' S BECAUSE THEY USE STRATEGIES TO OVERCOME LAZINESS AND STUDY FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS. SO FRIENDS WITHOUT WASTING TIME LET'S SEE WHAT ARE THOSE STRATEGIES WHICH COULD MAKE YOUR STUDY LIFE EASIER THAN BEFORE.
1. STUDY IN CHUNKS
MARTY LODBELL A PSYCHOLOGIST TOLD THAT AN AVERAGE STUDENT CANNOT STUDY MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. WE BECOME LAZY AFTER STUDYING FOR JUST 30 MINUTES.
AFTER STUDYING FOR JUST 30 MINUTES OUR MEMORY POWER BECOMES LESS. THEN WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO STUDY FOR 6 HOURS WITHOUT ANY LAZINESS. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GIVE YOURSELF A 5 MINUTES BREAK AFTER STUDYING EACH 30 MINUTES. GIVING BREAK FOR 5 MINUTES IS LIKE A TREAT TO YOUR BRAIN. AFTER THAT 5 MINUTES BREAK, YOUR BRAIN REFRESHES AND YOU CAN MEMORISE WHAT YOU STUDIED FOR THOSE 30 MINUTES. 2] USE THE LIETNER METHOD
THIS METHOD IS APPLIED FOR LEARNING DATES, FORMULAS ETC. AS THEY ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO LEARN AND THERE ARE MANY CHANCES OF LOOSING MARKS. SO IN THIS LIETNER METHOD YOU ARE GONNA MAKE FLASHCARDS. IN ONE SIDE OF THE FLASHCARD WRITE THE QUESTIONS AND THEN IN THE OTHER SIDE WRITE THE ANSWERS OF THE QUESTIONS YOU WROTE.
AFTER WRITING THE QUESTIONS IN ONE SIDE AND THE ANSWERS IN THE OTHER SIDE TEST YOURSELF, BY SEEING THE QUESTIONS TRY TO ANSWER. SEPERATE THOSE FLASHCARDS IN WHICH YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER CORRECTLY. YOU HAVE TO REVISE THOSE SEPERATED FLASHCARDS EVERYDAY WHICH WERE DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO ANSWER.
3] VISUALISE WHAT YOU STUDY
WHEN COMPARED TO TEXT, PICTURES ARE MORE EASY TO MEMORISE. SO NOW WE ARE GOING TO APPLY THIS STRATEGY TO STUDY SMART. AS YOU READ OR STUDY VISUALISE IT AT THE SAME TIME. BY VISUALISING THE TEXT YOU READ YOU WOULD BE EASILY ABLE TO MEMORISE. NOW YOU DON'T HAVE TO PANIC IN THE EXAMS FOR NOT MEMORISING THE LESSON.
4] ME TIME
THIS 'ME TIME' STRATEGY IS USED FOR DOING YOUR FAVOURITE ACTIVITIES. BY USING THIS STRATEGY YOU CAN REFRESH AND CALM YOUR MIND. AS YOUR MIND GETS OVERLOADED BY STUDYING MUCH. THIS ' ME TIME ' STRATEGY CALMS YOUR MIND AND BODY AFTER YOU STUDY MUCH.
